Robot is an electro-mechanical system which by its movements conveys a sense. It mimics humans or other animals.
Snake Robots
It is a biomimetic robot which mimics biological snakes. They have hyper-redundant mechanisms. It has the shape-shifting property.

Three types of snake robots are there.
RESCUE ROBOT - used for rescue operations.
SNAKE BOT – used for space missions.
Some other used for surgery.
